I was nervous, scared, intimidated and wanted to make the right decision. I had been instructed to go in there like I knew what I was talking about, but of course being a woman in her late twenties, I hadn't the slightest clue where to begin. But I couldn't let these tough Pacifico Ford guys know that, even my salesman Chris Watson. Little did I know they would not be tough at all. They all helped me purchase my 2014 Ford Focus with ease. Chris informed me on all the perks of getting a certified pre owned ford. He went into detail to explain the engine for life program which includes a first free oil change among other things. All my fears quickly subsided, but now I just had to convince my Mom and brother who is an ex-car saleman that this was the best decision for me. When they came to the dealership with me later that night I thought for sure my family would be tough to convince. But once again, Chris and his team made sure my mom and brother were taken care of and really understood this deal for me. They even let my 5 year old son play xbox in the waiting area. Super cool! I was able to take the car for a temporary five days to see if I liked it, and I actually loved the car. I bought it back and was able to sign for it. We ran into another intimidating guy, the finance manager Bernard Jones. We ended up finding out that he went to the same Alma Mater as my Uncle, St. Joe's University. I once again felt at ease and comfort as he made sure he helped myself and my mom understand the financing process. This was one of the most proudest moments in my life that I was able to do this. Its a start to getting the car I really want in the future. Thank you so much to Chris and the all the guys at Pacifico Ford at the Auto Mall. Yall are great. I have been to other dealerships and never experienced what we seen at Pacifico. Our sales rep was Chris Watson. Let me say you guys are lucky to have someone like Chris working there. He was super friendly and caring about our needs. At no point did we ever feel like he was a salesman. He made us feel like family. He was terrific! Also all the workers there made us feel that way. They would all walk by and say hello and ask us if we needed anything from food to drinks. I truly never experienced anything like it. The managers who we worked with all were great. Shadi and Larry were working with Chris and put together a tremendous deal for us. Then we went and signed up in the back and dealt with Gina and Bernard. Man I can not say enough about them all. Jay also came over and made sure everything was going great. Every dealership should take pointers on how they work with there customers and make them feel like family and made our experience so special. Thank you so much for everything.
