Excellent experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They all worked as a team. Very impressive. Our salesman Gabe Bowman was professional and polite. I ordered my C40 recharge from the Volvo website and from there on worked with Chris Lowry at Crown Volvo. He was very good about working with me through email during the process and sending me updates on w there on worked with Chris Lowry at Crown Volvo. He was very good about working with me through email during the process and sending me updates on when the car would arrive. I wanted to drive a demo prior to making the final purchase and he accommodated me with both a planned and unplanned test drive! When I was finally ready to purchase they made the process very quick and easy. I was very thankful that I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership! In an out in about 2 hours. I'm thrilled to have my new electric vehicle and look forward being a loyal customer of Crown Volvo. More

I had to find a car quick after an accident totaled mine. I wanted to go back to Volvo's so I looked for the best deal. It took all of four minutes. Once I found my car, Chris Lowry, my salesman, helped walk I wanted to go back to Volvo's so I looked for the best deal. It took all of four minutes. Once I found my car, Chris Lowry, my salesman, helped walk me through a perfect process. Perfect price for a perfect car, assisted by a perfect sales assistant. I drove all the way from south Sarasota to purchase this car. Chris was of enormous and may even have been the deal maker. Not sure if I would have made the trip if I wasn't confident in the sale, thanks to Chris Lowry. More
