I got terrible service twice. I was ignored, given the wrong information, told conflicting things about when my vehicle would be ready. It takes me 60 to 90 minutes to get to the dealership. I wasted my time on needless trips and had to miss work more than was necessary. The first time, I waited 2 hours more than needed because the service representative didn't call or text me to tell me my vehicle was ready. He said he got my number wrong. By then I had spent about 4 hours waiting at the Korean place nearby and at the dealership. The second time, I got a text that my vehicle was ready an hour after I had left it. I got the text while I was on the subway back home. If they had told me to wait, I would have saved 3 hours going back and forth just to get the vehicle. When I called to complain, I was told the service (a recall check) normally takes 2 to 4 hours and they don't allow customers to wait that long in the office. My vehicle didn't need an engine change, so the check took less than an hour. I was never told that was a possibility. When I scheduled the recall check, the representative told me I would need to leave the car overnight and come back for it the next day. I am frustrated, angry and confused. More

They are taught to lie and deceive you, I've had 3 bad experiences with them and I am done although stuck at the moment, I should have just just turned in my car and gone with Carvana like a cousin of min experiences with them and I am done although stuck at the moment, I should have just just turned in my car and gone with Carvana like a cousin of mine told me to, I had a 3 year lease and decided to buy the car and instead of going through whom I was already leasing with they passed me over to Chase Auto loan, never showing me my options with Hyundai Finance and I ended up paying over 5k more according to after signing and then days later calling Hyundai Finance to find out the big difference from 9-10k plus taxes, to now paying 17k, They are thieves with a smile and there is not one honest person I've met there yet in the years I have dealt with them since 2013 or 2014, not the sales people, management or finance, the only place that I haven't had a bad experience yet was their service center where you bring in your car, do not make a final decision there go home and think it over before signing, God bless you all and may God have mercy on these people who deceive and rob you from your hard earned money, The Bible tells us that Satan is the father of liars. Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! This is the 2nd time I purchased at this dealership and the first time we worked with Christian. He is very attentive and listened to our needs for an This is the 2nd time I purchased at this dealership and the first time we worked with Christian. He is very attentive and listened to our needs for an expedited purchase since we had a terrible experience at another dealership. Afterwards, he was very accommodating and brought the car over within 30 minutes from their lot so we can look at it prior price negotiation. While we waited, he was able to give us a breakdown on pricing with the current Hyundai offers. He was able to give us a better price since I had purchased a car there prior. After seeing the car and showing us the features, we went back to his office and finalized a deal with his drafted paperwork. We left the dealership within 4 hours (just in time for lunch) and he took his time explaining everything one more time before we drove away with our brand new 2020 Kona! I look forward to working with Christian again for my 3rd visit knowing that he is an absolute professional without any hidden agendas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
