I have been here before and the customer service has always been top notch. On this visit I was interested in looking for a newer used car. Spoke with Chris Walczak and he welcomed me and put me with his top sales person Rob Davis. Rob was incredible. He took me out in the lot AFTER I told him what I was looking for. He understood where I was coming from and showed me a plethora of different cars just to find out which one I felt the most comfortable in. After I decided which one worked best for me the fun part started. He then showed me the same model in a bunch of different varieties such as color and equipment and explained everything top to bottom for me. You know the great thing about Rob and Chris.... I didn't feel pressured at ANY time. In fact, I am pretty sure I could have just said no thank you to the deal and he would have let me leave and told me to think about it. I like that kind of sales team. I want to be heard and not just directed to what is going to make the most money for the sales person. Went in and he described the payment process and heck... I even asked for a few extra perks put into my car like automatic start and a better radio and he worked with me on the price. Overall, I will never go anywhere else to buy any of my cars as long as these two gentlemen are there. Every person that I know that asks me about my car or where to get a car... they will be directed to these guys. Thanks for making my car buying experience a great one. More

Just bought a second vehicle with Robbie. He worked very hard to make sure I made the right choice. Communication was great throughout the process, whether by phone, email or text. It took some time and going over several vehicles, but he and Chris enabled me to spend enough time with the one I ended up choosing for my wife and I to get comfortable with it and -- very importantly -- allow it to be evaluated by my trusted mechanic. The price Wilde had on the Kia Sportage I purchased couldn't be beat in the Milwaukee market. Their trade offer exceeded what I had been offered elsewhere by more than $500. Their financing rate was very competitive as well. What's not to like? More

Purchased used 2010 Toyota Tundra from Brad Walder, approx 4 weeks ago (end of April 2012). Was informed the truck was equipped with a complete Tow package, as I indicated I would be traveling and wou approx 4 weeks ago (end of April 2012). Was informed the truck was equipped with a complete Tow package, as I indicated I would be traveling and would be towing a trailer, which was primary reason for purchase. Arrived home and when weather cleared, I realized there was a substantial dent in the right rear, just behind the passanger door (My issue for not seeing this, due to inclement weather) and the 7 pin connector for trailing lights was missing. I informed Brad of the missing connector, to which he replied that I would be responsable for taking care of this, as the Wilde Service dept does not facilitate vehicle wiring. Not a big deal...or so I thought. Obviously the $25000.00 purchase price + $2800 for extended warrenty was not compensation enough. Had a spray on bed liner installed the following week at Budweiser Chevrolet in Beloit WI and asked for a quote to install the connector. Mechanics assessed the undercarriage and informed me that the wires had been cut and the clip for installing the connector was missing. Their recommendation was to take it to a Toyota dealership. Brought my truck to the service dept at Hesser Toyota (Janesville WI) today(5-30-12) and was informed that the wiring harness was also cut into. The total cost to replace the harness and connector is $2066.66. At this point I called Brad Walder at Wilde Toyota who referred me to his sales manager, Chris Walczak. Chris was of no assistance whatsoever. He informed me that I was on my own. He stated that he did not believe that there was an issue with the harness and that I was substantially misquoted by Hesser Toyota. He did not ask me to bring the vehicle in for assessment. He seemed to wash his hands of the situation altogether. If you can't trust Wilde Toyota to be upfront and honest when you're on the lot dealing with their sales people, how could one ever buy a vehicle from them online? My recommendation to consumers is to purchase your vehicles elsewhere! More

Salesman and manager were knowledgeable about the model I was considering. They were able to answer all of my questions. They tweaked the price to make the sale more attractive to me and they were very acc was considering. They were able to answer all of my questions. They tweaked the price to make the sale more attractive to me and they were very accommodating as far as working with my schedule and allowing me to drive the cars and instructing on the operation of the auto. I bought a Prius which has certain distinctive features and is different from the other models. Tommy Haynes informed me when cars I might be interested in became available and, in general, was very pleasant to deal with. He listened to my concerns and was persistant in addressing them in a very helpful manner. His manager was also helpful and qualified. More

When I walked into the showroom at Wilde, Robbie greeted my father and I with a nice smile and a handshake. The vehicle he found for me, exceeded my expectations. Vicki worked with me and my father to overcome a few obstacles and we were able to get the financing that I needed for the vehicle. Vicki was friendly and understanding of my situation and I felt very comfortable with her. Chris sat down with us for a few minutes at the end and helped to clarify some of the details of the contract. He was very easy to talk to and listened carefully to my needs and requests. Chris & Rob were both a pleasure to work with. We were very very satisfied with our entire sales experience. They made it very easy for us to trade in our old vehicle and purchase the car.
