Service advisors were understaffed the day of my appointment. It was also a busy Monday morning. The service Manager stepped in and was hustling to move cars and get them ready! I waited 30 mins to appointment. It was also a busy Monday morning. The service Manager stepped in and was hustling to move cars and get them ready! I waited 30 mins to get checked in…it was worth the wait… I was given a brand new Longhorn truck to run errands instead of waiting on jeep to be serviced. Cheap trick … because of that “test drive” now I really really want one! Friendly staff! More
