Chris was very helpful and explained everything. We discussed what needed to be done now and what could wait. He communicated with me throughout the day. Chris has worked with me numerous occasions to fix my 2003 FX35. He follows up when he says he will and even without asking which is rare. Chris was outstanding as usual. He took care of the normal service requirements and went out of his way to point out a few non scheduled items that needed to be addressed.
