This is my second car from them. Not often do I have good things to say about buying a vehicle and dealerships in general, but Chris Kirby and KIA of Greenville were a pleasant surprise. It was a pleasure to buy a new Soul at Kia of Greenville. The entire dealership has a relaxed, friendly vibe, that doesn't feel like you're buying a car. Chris Kirby managed to be professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, all at the same time. But most of all, he was very efficient. He took all the time I needed to answer my questions, but he also streamlined the paperwork and other processes, as much as possible. Dave Boggs in the Finance department was also a pleasure to work with, and is equally knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough, and I'm very happy with my Soul. I drive very conservatively (had a lot of practice, as a former hybrid owner), and I got 34 mpg on my home, on city streets, across town. If you're looking for a Kia, I highly recommend Kia of Greenville, and Chris Kirby! More
