***** UPDATE ********* I wanted to update the star rating for Ford of Franklin due to the recent assistance I received from Lauren DiStephano (CRM at Ford of Franklin). Lauren contacted me regarding t rating for Ford of Franklin due to the recent assistance I received from Lauren DiStephano (CRM at Ford of Franklin). Lauren contacted me regarding this issue. She went above and beyond to help resolve this situation and I am incredibly grateful to Lauren, the owner of Ford of Franklin, and everyone else involved. This really is the only dealership I have taken our vehicles to get serviced and was really not sure where I was going to go after having this experience. Thank you again, Lauren, for your understanding, your kindness and your superior customer service. ******************************************** Typically my experience at this dealership is very good and I always get to let them know by completing surveys at the end of each of my visits. However, I had a terrible visit a few days ago and when I did not receive a survey I requested it from the gentleman that was assisting me and not only did I not get a response from him, but I did not get a link to a survey so I am going to post my review here. Long story short, I dropped my car off because there was a stalling issue. As usual. I was called with not only a quote for the issue I brought it in but also a quote after they inspected my vehicle overall. I explained to Chris Eisenhower who was my representative that I was not interested in having anything else done to my vehicle except for the stalling issue. Chris told me he understood but he was going to send me a quote for all of the services so that I had it for future reference and then proceeded to tell me to just look over the first two pages because that was the service I had requested. I called Chris Eisenhower personally thanking him for the quote and told him to just proceed with what I had originally brought it in for. The next day I was advised my vehicle was finished. I went up to the dealership to retrieve my car and pay for services. When Chris Eisenhower advised me that despite my original request to only complete the stalling issue, the maintenance team decided to fix everything on my vehicle that was included in the email quote. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Chris Eisenhower who said he needed to call a manager to give me a discount. Since he misunderstood me somehow, They took a whopping $380 off of my $2600 bill which was not satisfactory. But at this point I was sitting in Chris Eisenhower's office about to burst into tears because I wasn't expecting to have to pay an extra $1,500 to fix my vehicle especially when I called him and specifically reminded him that I only wanted the first two services completed. I paid for my vehicle and I left bitterly disappointed. I understand you can't just take old parts and put them back into the car. I know it's not as simple exchange so as that but $380? Is that really all? No follow-up call from Chris Eisenhower or at least his manager apologizing again for screwing me financially. I mean what could I have done? It's not like I could just turn everything back in for an exchange. I feel like I was deceived and manipulated over this entire situation. Don't know that I will ever return to this dealership. More

Jesse at Franklin TN Ford dealership is the best! He took care of my vehicle and also me! He made sure I was comfortable and offered a shuttle to do any shopping or errands! I chose this place to fix collision repairs, they fixed all the exterior/cosmetics fine, but didn't fix half of the repairs. car was super quiet before but, now i hear a lot of highway noise, vibrating noi all the exterior/cosmetics fine, but didn't fix half of the repairs. car was super quiet before but, now i hear a lot of highway noise, vibrating noice inside the door and something from the back! These guys and gals are incredible! I had an issue with my windshield, right after the warranty ran out and this team has 100% over delivered. I don’t mind paying for the repair aft I had an issue with my windshield, right after the warranty ran out and this team has 100% over delivered. I don’t mind paying for the repair after they took care of the loaner to diagnose the problem in the first place and followed me through this entire process like a concierge… this is real life?!? So, back story.., My wiper was damaging the glass and it I’ve replaced the windshield 3 times already, which was becoming insane on my part and was baffling to all who would listen… no one knew “wth” was happening. With all the frustration on my end, sounding like I’m the first guy to experience something like this, at the end of the day, this Ford Team in Franklin intently listened to my concerns, cared about me as a person and acted quickly to get me a solution. Service here is top notch and Lauren has been amazing to work with. Great hire here folks! She has texted me, called me, held my hand through the entire process and I am almost sure that she would offer apart of her life or a kidney to make sure that I’m satisfied with the experience I’m having. It’s like a dream dealership where their people are actually here listening to the “drunk guy” in the back of the barroom, talking about all his misery in life due to a wiper malfunction on his Navigator… “If only I could figure out how to fix my wiper from scratching my windshield when it goes back and forth like everyone else in the world, I might not have drink this last one to put me over or under tonight…” Well, they did it… and I’m still sober today… they definitely serve the best kind, even to the last and the great news for you and the Williamson County Sheriffs, is that don’t have to go drinkin about it or thankin about it no more! All seriousness… These Ford folks really outdid themselves. Super proud to be Franklin Ford customer today! Thanks again! More

0% customer satisfaction. Made an appointment 4 months ago for today!!! I own a 2016 F350 that I bought from this dealership part of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they insta of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they installed the gooseneck hitch on the wiring harness and it finally shorted out everything in the back! So I have $5126.02 in a mistake I didn’t do and neither this dealership nor Line X would do anything about (Line X only Guarantees there work for 90 days as well y’all since the dealership wouldn’t even call them on my behalf was told good luck and they didn’t know why I was upset!!! Guess 5126.02 is pocket change to that manager! Well I still have 2 yrs or 28000 miles warranty with this place hopefully nothing else goes wrong with the truck cause I have zero faith in this dealership! More

This Dealership had my appointment info containing what work I needed done. One of the things was a battery. They did not have a battery f or my car and I had t o wait about 2 hours for one to be deliver work I needed done. One of the things was a battery. They did not have a battery f or my car and I had t o wait about 2 hours for one to be delivered. The first purposed price of labor for oil change, battery and windshield wipers was $80 +. The total for these three services was in access of $400.00. When I expressed my displeasure, the price was dropped to $300+. There was no car wash (I NEVER have my oil changed (second vehicle) at the GMC dealership no other service- without them including a car wash. The man at the service desk was extremely helpful in asking about costs of this visit. More
