Chris was very helpful throughout the car buying process and understood my needs as a customer. Ultimately, I wasn't able to buy the vehicle I wanted due to supply shortages and a short timeline, but he hel and understood my needs as a customer. Once the vehicle finally arrived, he notified me and fit me into his schedule immediately! To my surprise, the service department installed all of the add-ons within 3 days and even placed the new plates. Chris texted me immediately when the vehicle was available for pick-up and had it ready the moment I arrived! I was very happy and satisfied with all aspects of Maplewood Toyota! More
