To top it off, if you have a complaint they will not do anything about it at all and the blatantly lie about you on the complaint to make themselves look better. 100% WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE STATE. Re-leased new Encore It was time to turn in my 2016 Escape so I returned to Jim Curley. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE PEOPLE - FABULOUS CAR!!! The group at the Kia, Brick Car dealership are really unbelievable! I expected to feel the "pressure" and to be embarrassed by my inability to purch The group at the Kia, Brick Car dealership are really unbelievable! I expected to feel the "pressure" and to be embarrassed by my inability to purchase a new car. I thought I was going to purchase a pre owned car and that getting into a new car was just a dream. Everyone there, Chris, Jim and Jim were all so friendly, kind and patient. There was a car in the showroom that was calling my name but I had to mute that call as I knew I couldn't afford that car! My salesman Jason DeAlmeida was patient, kind and such a gentleman! He went above and beyond in every way possible to make this experience easy and pressure free. He moved cars around, he answered questions willingly - some that I asked twice and did so with a genuine smile on his face. So many people these days are either intolerant of customers. or they put on a friendly facade but it is obvious that they are struggling to maintain their friendly attitude. Jason is a sincerely friendly guy, knowledgeable and very attentive to his customer's needs. I had a headache and he offered my a snack and water on more than a few occasions. He let me test drive the cars and go where I wanted to go. In the end, I was shown how I could afford that very special car in the showroom. They worked with me on a trade in of my own car and now that car of my dreams is in my driveway. I have given her a name and she is a part of my little family. I am so happy. I will use the Brick Kia in the future. If I did not have such a wonderful experience, I would have gone elsewhere no matter how much I liked the car.
