Did not buy here We went looking for a car this past weekend. I started by inquiring about a car on line. Chelsea the internet salesperson was actually really great. We went looking for a car this past weekend. I started by inquiring about a car on line. Chelsea the internet salesperson was actually really great. She was responsive and helpful. I read several reviews of this dealership which is why I chose to go there even though they didn't advertise as good a deal as some other dealerships on line. When we got there it is confusing between pre-owned and new (the pre-owned is down the street and not connected at all). We started a pre-owned. The person at the front "desk" did not greet us or ask if we needed help even though we stood there for a few min looking lost. They did have the car ready that I inquired about. After I test drove it, I informed the salesman that the windshield was cracked and he didn't even seem to care or offer to fix or take money off etc. I informed him that a new model with significantly less miles was being advertised at another dealership for almost the same price (in an effort to get the price down on this car) and he literally just shrugged his shoulders at me and said nothing. We then wanted to go look at a new car. They did not have the new vehicle in stock anymore that was listed on their website and had nothing to show us. They told us they had just finished a sales event and stock was low. He made no effort to really "sell" anything to us. The dealership itself was extremely cramped and reminded me more of a bank with all the cubicles. I see other reviews where people are very complimentary of this dealership but that was not our experience. Maybe our sales people were having an off day but I thought it worth mentioning. I did end up buying 2 new cars at another dealership and I was very happy. The starting price at the other dealership was the "absolute lowest price" quoted from Lou Fusz. More
