great dealership I had an appointment set for the first oil change on my new Escape and when we got there everything was ready. They were very friendly and we had a great experience for our first time getting things done to the Escape. Who wouldn't like to do business like this? I made an appointment for 3:30p to drop my car off for an oil change. They said come 10 minutes early to check in and it would be ready at 430p. I left the car, came back in exactly an hour and it was out front waiting. It took seconds to check out. The service was perfect and the price was right. Who wouldn't like to do business like this?
