Traded my truck for a different one Salesman was rude when I didn’t like the trade in price he gave me. It wasn’t until I tried to leave that he agreed to a better price. Then the finan Salesman was rude when I didn’t like the trade in price he gave me. It wasn’t until I tried to leave that he agreed to a better price. Then the finance guy harassed me about adding an extended warranty on a truck that already has a 100k mile warranty. To top it all off I was only giving one key for a 37,000 dollar truck. I Called Charlie Odden 3 times to get a key left 3 messages in 3 days and no return call. This is a very pushy and shady place I will not be coming back! More

Sales lady too busy. Sales lady let me take delivery of my new car without my temporary plate paper. Dealership is 25 miles from my house, not driving back up to get it. S Sales lady let me take delivery of my new car without my temporary plate paper. Dealership is 25 miles from my house, not driving back up to get it. So they mailed it and I had to drive three days without proof of plates. Now that I think about it, they never told me when I'd be getting my new plates either. Sales lady breezed right through my Ford certified papers and offered me zero information about it besides getting two keys. I had to physically search for someone to take my keys to my trade in when I was ready to leave. My sales lady was too busy with other people and I couldn't find her. The vehicle I purchased had "rail spots" all over the tailgate I had to clean myself when I got home (took 2 hours and polishing compound to get it off, not fun). Vehicle wasn't detailed on the inside, crumbs and smears on the top of dashboard when I took delivery. Outside was otherwise clean. They did replace the rear brake rotors, turned the front ones, and replaced front brake pads. I also got 4 brand new tires installed; all this was free. Also oil was freshly changed and they filled the gas tank. Larry, the finance guy was excellent and made that portion of the sale the most pleasant. He's got a great sense of humor and had us very relaxed and laughing. He wasn't pushy about selling the extended warranty at all. We appreciated that. I was also supposed to have two missing paint areas filled in, but apparently their service tech for that only comes in 3 days a week? Of course he wasn't in on the day we purchased...So I am having to drive up 30 mins to get that 5 min job done. Overall experience was ok, free water bottles and popcorn was nice; comfortable waiting area. Selection of vehicles was massive, but I went there knowing which vehicle I wanted. I probably would use this dealership again, but choose a different sales person. More
