Damon lived up to Apple Ford's vision to provide the best help in finding the best vehicle to meet my needs. Damon and the Dealership so far have been very good. Even if this was a different brand! Damon let me know the other PHEVs and recommended that we test drive them before making a decision! That sold me because Damon knew the competition and really wanted us to make the best decision! New cars and Mechanics SAles staff very prompt and polite! Finance(Chad) outstanding and was excellent in explaining our contract, etc. Service...We had our Lincoln Navigato SAles staff very prompt and polite! Finance(Chad) outstanding and was excellent in explaining our contract, etc. Service...We had our Lincoln Navigator in the shop....They explained everything where a person could understand. Sales...That same day we bought a new car! Tyler our sales rep was fun, outgoing and patient! Thank you all. In the end.....We would buy another car from AppleValley Ford! Not Trustworthy I went in to purchase a new Ford van and to trade a Hyundai in November 2013, in the process of the purchase Mr. Turner and Mr. McCormick told me that I went in to purchase a new Ford van and to trade a Hyundai in November 2013, in the process of the purchase Mr. Turner and Mr. McCormick told me that there was a problem with my title for the Hyundai. The problem was that the mileage was incorrect, it showed 97000 instead of the 64000 that were actually on the vehicle. So they told me that they couldn't give me the correct trade amount due to this issue and it cannot be fixed. Basically I took $1000.00 less on trade because of the issue that "CANNOT" be fixed. Done deal. Well that is what I thought. In May 2014 I did receive a title and I thought that it was a mistake and I just threw it into my auto file. In June 2014 I received a call from the dealership stating that they needed a title that was sent to me. During this conversation they told me that they corrected the title and needed it, so I questioned the caller about it and of course knew nothing of the "It cannot be fixed" conversation. Well, I didn't forget. In a nutshell, they traded the vehicle based on the title miles that "could not" be fixed and sold it for the actual miles that were on the vehicle, effectively increasing their profit. I don't disagree with them selling it for as much as they could, but they lied about the ability to fix the title. In my last phone call with "Bill" all I received was threats with the police and sheriff if I didn't get them the title. Not to be trusted. More

I traded in my old car for a new one and really appreciated that I wasn't low-balled for the trade-in. I got what the car is worth and I didn't have to argue. Everyone was so friendly and excited for me, and my saleswoman went so far as to have certain parts of the interior touched up before I drove off with it. She insisted that it needed to be just perfect! More
