Incredible Low Pressure Experience! I can’t say enough about our buying experience at this dealership! Steve was incredible to work with. My wife reached out to him online to check on the availability of a used car. He set up a time for a test drive and warmed the car up ahead of time for us due to the extreme cold. He was very friendly, full of information, and not at all pushy. Chad in finance took care of setting up and explaining all our options for financing the vehicle. He was extremely helpful in explaining everything to us along with making sure we received the best interest rate possible. We know we got a great deal and are extremely happy with our purchase and experience. There’s no doubt we would work with Steve, Chad, and Toyota DM again!! More

Fast, Easy, Friendly service, Great value!! 5 stars for Kurt for sure. Chad, the Financial rep was great, too! A legendary multitasker. Overall, I know I'm not the easiest sale as I am a salesperson myself, so I think the dealership and everyone who helped me get into my new car did a fantastic job. Great sales people, too!! I do want to thank the sales manager as well for the deal I got, I don't remember his name, but he was in the front office, maybe 50's or early 60's, glasses. Thank you so much! More

They employ common scam tactics! BEWARE! Purchased a Sequoia in July 2017 and this was hands down the absolute worst vehicle buying experience we've ever had. The salesman and finance mgr messed up on our paperwork (in their favor), BOTH admitted to it, and then they refused to answer our questions regarding the issue. We've contacted JP Phillips, the GM via email and phone calls. He ignores our emails and the receptionists tell us "he's in a meeting" every single time we call. Horrible communication, scammy tactics, and appalling customer service. So much for service after the sale... Drive to Ames if you're buying a Toyota. Avoid this place at all costs. More

I discovered after my recent purchase that they were r Please be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and financing with them. I discovered after my recent purchase that they were running my credit every time I looked at a vehicle because they had my information on file from a prior purchase. I did not give them permission to do so and I feel they violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Chad in the credit department also failed to include my wife on any of the "applications" which is an issue because all our debts are held jointly. Thanks to his mistake I was able to discover what the dealership was doing with my information without my permission. He was running an individual credit application with the same companies over and over again. Aside from my credit being hurt, the worst part is I have left messages for the GM, JP Phillips, but do not get any return phone calls. More
