We brought the car in for a very serious issue. We have contacted the corporate phone number we were given and were told to call and speak to customer service manager who is not in the office and is probab contacted the corporate phone number we were given and were told to call and speak to customer service manager who is not in the office and is probably working from home. Call the service manager and had to leave message twice. We get lots of action when we buy cars very little and we have a serious problem. On the day we brought the car in for service, they kept the car for over five hours and ended up not even touching the car because of the unintended acceleration problem. More

Bought several cars here , Boch has lost it..... this experience was absolutely the worst car dealership circus i have ever had. I will not be doing business anymore with Boch sales or service , I gave ample opportunity for Boch staff to explain the multiple screw ups around this sale ; nobody would step up so you lost a loyal ; tegular customer. Update 7.8.20 After a month of waiting the floor mats that went missing from the car were replaced . More
