Stopped by Manly to see about fixing my AC as it stopped blowing cold air. Spoke with Iman about the possibility of it being covered with my warranty. She went above and beyond with research and phone calls and found it was covered. She set up an appointment and directed me to Rebekah for a loaner. Brought my car in the following Monday and was Carlos told me it would probably be ready by 4pm the same day. Carlos called me that afternoon and told me they needed to order a part so the car wouldn't be ready until 4pm the next day. Got a call from Carlos around 3:30 that my car was ready. Went back to Manly, turned in the loaner and drove my car home. AC is working beautifully. More

Manly Honda had been my go to for my car service. I had purchased my vehicle through them back in 2021. Just until recently, I had experienced a slight disservice when I had to bring my vehicle in fo I had purchased my vehicle through them back in 2021. Just until recently, I had experienced a slight disservice when I had to bring my vehicle in for new tires. Just a few days before I had stellar service when I had my car serviced for my oil maintenance w/ Iman Nielson. She is the definition of excellent customer service. From the time I dropped off my vehicle to getting notified that car is ready for pick up & checking out Iman had gone above & beyond to take care of all my needs during my service for my oil change. When I came in a few days after to get my tires replaced that is where I experienced a slight disservice. Carlos Martinez had helped me with my tire service when checking in. He was great. He advised that once the car was done & ready for pick up that I would get a text or call back. But I hadn’t heard back for hours. I decided to call in the afternoon (I had dropped my car off at 730am that morning) and was advised that my car was ready for pick up. Carlos had set me up w/ a Lyft earlier that morning & someone set me up w/ a Lyft back to dealership in the afternoon when I called. Once I had arrived Carlos was not at the counters when checking in so Paul Remollino had helped me when I arrived to pick up my car. He was very helpful & got my keys to my car & I found that when I got to my car my Mobile phone holder was broken during the time of when I got my tires replaced. I had gone back into the service desk but Paul was busy w/ another customer so he had ask Jordan Rheude to help me out. I advised Jordan that I came back to my car with my Mobile phone holder broken & he basically looked at the item. Tried to see if he could fix it then handed it back to me saying “I don’t know what you want me to do for you?” I said that I just want someone to make this right & advised Jordan to have Carlos give me a call. I had never received a call from Carlos so a few days later I had sent an email to Carlos advising the situation. I didn’t get a response back from Carlos until that next week but Iman earlier that morning prior to Carlos’ phone call she had already responded back to me w/ a Text, Phone call & resolved the situation right off the bat. If it wasn’t for Iman this review probably would’ve gone even more south. I will continue to use Manly Honda but will probably only set up my services through Iman. More
