Our sales person was Alyssa who was very professional, gave us our space to talk privately, listened to our comments, responded professionally and calmly, and had a lot of knowledge about the cars we were looking at. We felt like we got a great deal and an awesome car that our daughter loves! My husband and I commented to each other that this was the least amount of stress we ever had while purchasing a car. I called Tanya, and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me. She invited us to take a look at the website to see what we were interested in or to stop in and see her. We decided to fill out the application online for the car we were interested in, and stopped in to see Tanya. The dealership was clean and family friendly. They also had complimentary snacks! We didn't feel rushed, we were not harrassed, and most importantly we were not made to feel bad about the about the amount of the deposit we were able to put down. She listened to our needs, allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles, and worked with us to meet those needs. We were introduced to Carlos after deciding on a car that we absolutely love. He was extremely professional, friendly and took his time and explained everything to us in plain english ( but not in an a condesending way). We were shocked by how low our montly payments and interest rates were. He also introduced himself to my 7 yr old daughter(that was a big deal for me). The whole process only took two days, and that was only because we came in late Saturday afternoon. I have already referred some people there, and we will NEVER go anywhere else for our car needs.
