I finally found the SUV I wanted, within my price range, and in great condition so I drove 45 minutes to Kokomo Auto Workd. My 2012 Terrain was in amazing condition, low mileage, detailed inside and out, and everything I wanted. The dealership was fine, Cain, my salesman, was great, he was young but willing to find any answers he didn’t have. Four days after owning my SUV I noticed the chrome paint on the wheels starting to bubble and chip away. I took my Terrain to my local GMC dealership to ask if the alloy wheels where faulty and they laughed. They all laughed at me and said “Sweety, who ever sold you this car spray painted the wheels to look fancy! Take it back!” When I contacted Kokomo Auto World they denied ever painting the wheels but offer to charge me $160 to sand down the chipping paint off for me! I’m a single mom working 3 jobs and they took advantage of me. More

He even went as far as helping us to locate a vehicle out of state from another dealership for my mother in law! I don’t think they are dishonest and understand that is just the nature of that business. I would buy again from Kokomo Auto World; I think the deal made was fair but not fantastic. More

Our salesperson, Cain Landwerlen was so helpful - he is personable, knowledgeable about the product, and sincerely wanted to assist us in purchasing the right car for us. We felt comfortable dealing with him, asking him countless questions (which he graciously provided the answers for) and most of all, we trust him. The facility was spotless, well appointed, and welcoming. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and very hospitable. The whole transaction was enjoyable which was an unexpected treat - I had always dreaded car shopping, but Kokomo Auto World turned that around. And Cain Landwerlen was the biggest part of it.
