sales and service I've patronized Bob Sight Kia since 2009. Jack Spence and Robby Harmon have usually handled my service in the past, and this week I met Michael Ostra I've patronized Bob Sight Kia since 2009. Jack Spence and Robby Harmon have usually handled my service in the past, and this week I met Michael Ostrander. These men have really taken good care of my car and explained the work in detail. After my first beloved Sportage was totaled, I bought a new 2016 model from Bryan Buehler, a totally comfortable experience under difficult circumstances. The sales, service and parts department employees all go the extra mile to be friendly, helpful and conscious of my budget. I sit in the comfortable waiting room and take serious advantage of the coffee bar while service is being completed. Sometimes I wander around the showroom and visit with Allan Ball if he's between customers. I never dread a visit to this dealer because I know they will do what is best for my car. More

2ND TIME AND STILL GREAT!!! I bought a Kia Forte in 2012 and I loved the car. So when my husband needed a good reliable car, I went back to Bob sight Kia in Independence and The I bought a Kia Forte in 2012 and I loved the car. So when my husband needed a good reliable car, I went back to Bob sight Kia in Independence and The service was the same with the same group of sales men. I was in and out with a car in under 2 hours it was amazing they didn't show me anything I couldn't afford and got my husband a Kia Rio that he loves and in budget. Brian Buehler was our sales guy and he took the time to look up my last car purchase to see if my same sales guy was still at Kia and he was but he was promoted to a manager, so Brian continued to work with us and find a car my 6'4" husband could drive within our small budget. I am soo pleased with Kia in Independence I hope anyone looking for a car comes and speaks with the sales men here they are amazing and understand that we need a car to drive but we have other bills and stuff to pay for too. Just a wonderful company so glad there are some good guys left in the car business. Megan More

I felt like we got a fair deal on are trade and they had a good inventory for us to choose from on our purchase. We have had plenty of negative car buying experiences with the dealerships I refer to as "dinosaurs" , going to go extinct. These guys did things right. Low pressure, know their product, and gave fair value on trade without misleading the consumer. More
