We have been customers for around 10 years. We love working with Brianna and have always had a great experience with the staff. However we were very disappointed when we sat in the finance office to si working with Brianna and have always had a great experience with the staff. However we were very disappointed when we sat in the finance office to sign the contracts and we’re told we would have to pay a surcharge if we decided to use a credit card to pay the balance due. We understand that credit card fees have gone up and smaller businesses like local stores might charge surcharges to account for that. However to be charged a surcharge by the dealership in a case where we were making such a large purchase is ridiculous. Credit cards processing fees are a normal part of doing business and should be absorbed as such. It really left us feeling like we were not valued as customers. More
