Brian was in place to greet me when I arrived. He asked if I wanted someone to drive me home while they researched my problem and found a solution. I accepted that offer and told him I needed my vehicle back in time to drive a friend to church. He called to let me know they would not complete the repairs in time, but would send a driver to take me back to the dealership to pick up a loaner vehicle. That worked great and then they had my car ready early the next morning. I set the time convenient for me to return the loaner and pick up my car. Again Brian greeted me as I arrived. Great experience and car is working properly. More

Overall, great service… One constructive feedback comment: Almost every time I come in for a particular service, I am contacted saying additional services are needed. I came in with a coupon for an o comment: Almost every time I come in for a particular service, I am contacted saying additional services are needed. I came in with a coupon for an oil change, and ended up paying almost $500 for additional services. That is fine, but I need a little more explanation. (For example, if new brake fluid is needed, I need information about why this is important…what problems could arise if the service is not done, etc.) More
