Anthony Lee was great. He sent videos and was available for questions. Over all the dealership was great. Anthony nor the floor manager beat around the bush with the price. He sent videos and was available for questions. Over all the dealership was great. Anthony nor the floor manager beat around the bush with the price. They were pretty transparent and agreeing on a price only took about 20 minutes. The only gripe I’d have is it took me over two hours after that to see the finance manager. Once i got called to go up and handle that it only took 10 minutes in total which was great but frustrating because i waited2.5 hours to do so. More

Big xxxxxxto the Sales Team at Audi…specifically Farzy and Mike in the sales team for treating very us well. MORE IMPORTANTLY, when we had problems arise with the used vehicle we purchased, Chris and Bre and Mike in the sales team for treating very us well. MORE IMPORTANTLY, when we had problems arise with the used vehicle we purchased, Chris and Brett (Sales Managers) said “we stand behind our products” and worked with our local dealer to get our vehicles issues repaired...at Audi’s expense! I think it is worth noting that Chris and Brett responded with immediate action AND a pleasant attitude! DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY FROM AUDI of ONTARIO. They mean what they say!! More
