Horrible customer service, incompetent mechanics, car has been in the shop 2 times since owning it for only 2 months, needs work again and they won’t return text messages or phone calls about this warranty w been in the shop 2 times since owning it for only 2 months, needs work again and they won’t return text messages or phone calls about this warranty work that needs to done. I bought a Kia Sorento new back in 2012. At 94k miles it started burning oil and I was promised by 3 different service managers, one now the owner, and 2 service advisors, a new engine when At 94k miles it started burning oil and I was promised by 3 different service managers, one now the owner, and 2 service advisors, a new engine when I met the criteria since I had 100k power train warranty. I asked for something in writing but nobody was willing. After 3 years of bringing this vehicle in every 1000 miles to have an oil consumption test and being kicked down the road, I got rid of it. Will not step foot in that place again. Would give a negative rating if possible. More

I vehicle on their website. It is a 2013 Lincoln MKX. I found this vehicle at Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia 2641 Eaton road Green Bay Wisconsin 54311. I was assisted by their internet sales manager Jack Terrien, who from the moment I entered the dealership made sure all my questions were answered. It was also a warm and very friendly atmosphere that as a customer felt very comfortable as well.i would highly recommend that anyone looking for any vehicle, first call Jack Terrien at this dealership. This is by far the best dealership I have ever walked into and the service in all aspects is the best I have ever seen. So thanks to Car Gurus and to everyone at Dorsch Lincoln Kia in Green Bay Wisconsin.
