My new-to-me 2001 XJ is an amazing nearly 19 year old Jeep that I am very happy to now own. Everyone from WOODY'S was great to work with and talk to; Scoop, Coach, and several others, and I got to have a great conversation with Mr. Kline about the awesome old Jeep also! Above and Beyond Excellent customer care I purchased a "as is" used Ford F-150 from Woody's back in late June. Within less than a month of owning the vehicle the engine block broke down and n I purchased a "as is" used Ford F-150 from Woody's back in late June. Within less than a month of owning the vehicle the engine block broke down and needed a full replacement. "As is" is that just that the dealer doesn't have to assist with anything as there are no warranties. When I called and asked if there was anything they could do, they sent me a check for 1000.00 to assist with the engine replacement! This is the customer care you can't find anywhere else anymore. They didn't have to assist but did! Woody's cares about you the customer and their reputation as a dealership that cares. I hit a rough spot and they weren't bound to help at all but they did go above and beyond! P.S. Polly is a saint! More

Very short and rude. Was not even able to talk to a salesperson because the receptionist was rude and just said they were busy with customers. I told her I called the day before and nobody called me b salesperson because the receptionist was rude and just said they were busy with customers. I told her I called the day before and nobody called me back. I think she forgot I was a customer also. Evidently they don’t want business. More
