Brendon Price at Crown Mazda

We recently purchased a CX-5 GT at Crown Mazda and were totally pleased with the experience, from the professionalism, honesty and friendliness of Brendon Price, our sales rep to Mark Carver the Sales Manager/Finance Manager. Even the receptionist and other staff always greeted us and treated us like valued customers. We have never even looked at Mazda's before and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the vehicle and the value provided - plus the zoom, zoom drive of course! Brendon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at as wellas the competition which greatly assisted us in our decision making. Crown Mazda is a smaller dealership that gave us very professional, personal (not smarmy) service. We had visited a lot of other dealerships in the preceeding weeks and Crown Mazda stood out. We would strongly recommend Crown Mazda if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Aron and Brendon were very friendly and gave excellent customer service. They offered a very reasonable price to cut a new key for my 2007 Mazda 3 GX when I lost my second copy. An employee stayed later to get the job done the day I dropped in without an appointment. I am very happy and satisfied with my new key. I strongly recommend Crown Mazda services. Everytime I walk in I end up leaving with a nice clean car. Best dealership in Winnipeg by far.

We found Crown Mazda on the internet while looking for a Mazda 3 to replace the one that was written off from an accident. Brendon was very friendly and non pressuring. After discussing our needs he found just the right vehicle for us. James was also very friendly and courteous as he explained our finance options. We felt we got a great deal on a used 2011 Mazda 3 with 17,500 kms. We needed cruise control which we negotiated into the deal. We would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership when you are in search for a great Mazda product.

We were very pleased with the friendliness and willingness of the staff!

The only reason I rated the price of vehicle as a 4 is because there was not any budge on the price of the used vehicle we purchased. It always makes a customer feel better about "getting a better deal" even if there is a tiny bit of movement on the price of a vehicle. But it was a decent price to begin with - we don't feel jipped.

The experience with the salesman and finance manager was great! They really made buying the vehicle a FUN experience. They were very friendly and helpful!

There were a few items the vehicle needed that weren't in it when we were ready to buy it. One of the managers went above and beyond to replace the part that was missing with an even higher quality one than was needed - that goes a long way with feeling like you're getting a good deal. MUCH appreciated!

The experience at the service department was fabulous! I absolutely felt well taken care of. Again, went above and beyond expectations. Thank you!

After buying the vehicle we noticed a few things missing and the salesman and service dept completely took care of everything! It was great to know that even after we signed the deal and they could have said "you'll have to pay for this if you didn't notice it" they took care of everything.

This was my first purchase from Crown Mazda and it was an excellent experience. The customer service I received was great! Tyler and Brendon were very helpful and were able to ensure I was set up properly and knowledgeable about the features of the car so I could drive away safely! My experience had been extremely positive. This dealer is to recommend.
I always take the car to their shop. they have excellent service. I have no complaints.

Just bought a new CX-5. This is my first Mazda purchase, and so far a great one!
I felt I received more personalized service from this smaller dealership,compared to larger ones in the past. Brendon Price was my sale's rep. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In no way did I ever feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. He was always willing to help me through the car buying process when I needed more information.
For finances, I worked with both Brian and Tyler. Both were very thorough in their explanations and were extremely helpful in communicating with another dealership I was working with for a lease return.
