Steve and Tony were Exceptionally helpful assisting me with the purchase of my Q5! My husband is overseas and started the process by contacting Audi by internet. It was my first time purchasing a car with with the purchase of my Q5! My husband is overseas and started the process by contacting Audi by internet. It was my first time purchasing a car without my husband being physically present. However Steve and Tony made sure that all his questions were answered (we were texting throughout the process!) and made me feel that they had our best interests at heart. The process was seamless, and Tony was extremely helpful with advising on which packages were best to purchase. I went back to purchase weather proof liners and Tony personally walked me over to the boutique introduced me to the staff. My husband and I have VERY high expectations when it comes to customer service....and I must say all our expectations were met! Thanks guys! More

After a thoroughly disappointing experience with JM Lexus (I was a long time customer of JM with several 350 ES Leases over the past several years) I am comfortable and confident to say that I have been treated with respect and do not feel as if I have been taken advantage of in any way, quite the contrast to the obvious "snow job" I was given at JM Lexus. The knowledge that Nick and Brendan shared with me allowed me to make a most informed decision. I feel that they understood my needs and helped me choose the vehicle which will best serve me for the next few years. I was also happy to learn that there have been no fatalities in the Audi A6 since 2009. I live in Texas but bought my car in Florida from Coral Springs Audi. I couldn't find the car I wanted in Texas, so I started looking around the country for a dealership that had it. Everything was done over the phone and internet. It was a smooth process. They were easy to work with and made me a great deal on my car. The whole team was good to work with, especially Neil. He took lots of time to explain everything on the car when I picked it up and programmed my phone and both my garage and gate entry codes. He even picked me up at the airport! I just wished I lived nearer so that I could take my car there for maintenance. More

I recently purchased a 2013 A8 4.0T from Audi Coral Springs and I cannot believe I'm saying this, buying a car was actually very enjoyable!! I dealt mostly with Brendan and Neil and never once was the Springs and I cannot believe I'm saying this, buying a car was actually very enjoyable!! I dealt mostly with Brendan and Neil and never once was there any high pressure sale, just friendly haggling until a mutual price was reached. After the financing was completed, Neil actually spent at least 1 1/2 hours customizing my car to all my specs, which I realized was the tip of the iceberg. Neil at that time offered for me to make an appt so he could come to my house and link my car to my garage and continue teaching me all the amazing features of my car. As a matter of fact when I sent Neil an e-mail to make an appt, he actually called me while he was on vacation to confirm the day. Where in the heck do you get that kind of service!! When he came to my house he had to spend at least 2 hours setting up my car and teaching me more of the features of this incredible car!! This car is so technically advanced, I think it's going to take Neil many of hours of training to teach me everything. Neil advised me he would spend as much time as I need, now that's what I call service!! When I was talking to Neil that Saturday while he was on vacation and told him I was going to call Brendan to set-up an appt to get my car Derma Plated, I wasn't expecting him to do what he did!! When I called Brendan a few minutes later, Neil had already called him and advised him about my intentions of calling him. When I spoke to Brendan he gave me the green light to come on over now and he would have a car waiting. I definitely wasn't expecting a brand new A8 4.0T waiting for me to drive until my car was going to ready in about 2 hours. That's the first time I ever got a loaner which was the exact car I was dropping off for service and I've owned BMW, Mercedes and Lexus. Speaking of previously owning BMW, Mercedes and Lexus, I always thought JM Lexus was the Gold Standard. Well I can honestly and enthusiastically say Audi Coral Springs has been my best experience ever!!! Neil and Brendan, thank you very much and I will refer who ever I can. Everyone knows that car shopping is like getting a root canal without sedatives. We decided to start the process anyway and headed to our favorite Audi store. When arriving we were disappointed to hear canal without sedatives. We decided to start the process anyway and headed to our favorite Audi store. When arriving we were disappointed to hear that our trusty sales guy was working at a different store. That's when we met Mike Rakowski. Mike quickly made us feel like we were in a friendly professional establishment. We spoke to Mike about the Audi experience and it was immediately noticeable that Mike knows everything there is to know about the Audi brand. Not only was his presentation top notch but he is a wiz with math. He made every effort and worked hard to meet our goals, extremely patient with the multiple changes we threw at him, and had relevant input as we discussed several options. Not just financial options but color,interior, color again, how the design would be better if we had designed it, blah blah blah. He was really patient with us!! Plus it was raining the entire time which added a higher degree of difficulty for Mike. We didn't even notice it.. In closing the deal we met several of the others from the dealer which were courteous, engaged and professional. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs, Ask for Mike Rakowski! More
