Truly one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. He and Jose both took the time to listen to my wants and needs, took the time to crunch numbers with me to make the best financial decision in a strange rate environment. Listening to the customer's requests and being knowledgable about all sides of this transaction is truly an asset to have with your sales team, and Ricardo exhibited all that and more. Plus it was a fun experience. I felt relaxed and comfortable, had good conversation, yet got down to business and we were able to wrap everything up timely and efficiently. It's been a trying few weeks on the hunt for a new to me vehicle (or in this case just a totally new vehicle (interest rates)), and out of the places I visited and test drive appointments I went to, Ricardo (and Jose too) were the best to work with.
