Our sales/service experience at Toyota of Des Moines could not have been better. Three of our sons and our daughter have purchased cars from Jerry over the past year also. They, too, have had an excellent experience. Pricing is fair and both Jerry and the managers were willing to work with all of us to find a price that fit our budget. Toyota of Des Moines is the most professional dealership we've ever been to. Everyone, from top to bottom, is courteous and responsive. It seems that customer service is a high priority.
