In fact, all of the staff were amazing...opening doors, pleasant attitudes and very respectful. I want to give a shout out to Bob and Bill and the entire service team who has done a wonderful job maintaining our vehicles for the past 16 years. We simply feel valued and members of a family at Hagerstown Honda. That is the highest recommendation we could give and we mean it. Contacted other dealerships as well as Honda Care and was told this dealership is in 2018.They refused to honor it after having done it in the past.
