The buying experience with Blake was great. The experience with Toyota and the missing 2nd key fob was terrible but I was able to get through it until I hit the service department. Their handling of this was inexcusable and I will NEVER go back. Most of the people I talked to were very polite, but incapable of putting together a simple ordered part with an appointment. They kept telling me that I needed to talk to J Cooper who was never available. (He's at lunch, he leaves at 4pm, he is out for the rest of the week). He'll call you back (He doesn't). The part (key fob) is ordered, the part is not ordered, the part is in, the part in not in, the part doesn't match the VIN#, the part will take 3 plus weeks, the part generally comes in with 24 hours. They made it very clear that they didn't want to provide the service, but they definitely wanted to have me build a list of other service items to perform (the truck has only 7k miles). Horrible, inexcusable experience. More

Professional, attentive, and answered all my questions. The car went right in for the 5,000 mile check up and was out in a reasonable time. I was informed that the oil only needs to be changed at 10,000 The car went right in for the 5,000 mile check up and was out in a reasonable time. Blake answered all my questions and concerns prior to me going to the dealership. Once I arrived we went for a test drive and then closed the deal.
