The first person I worked with was Sanjay. I felt as though he made certain assumptions about whether or not I had done any research before coming to the dealership. I asked him how much he would offer though he made certain assumptions about whether or not I had done any research before coming to the dealership. I asked him how much he would offer me for a trade in on my 2003 Lexus. His initial offer was $2k below the book value. When I asked he said the offer was book value. He was pleasant enough but I didn't like feeling as though he thought i knew nothing about the value of cars. I chose to leave without explaining why ... Even though I really loved the 2013 ES350 that I looked at that day. My car was being serviced and I am sure it was not by chance that loaner car turned out to be the vehicle that I viewed on the lot. A few days later I called to speak with a sales manager because I clearly did not want to close a deal with some one (Sanjay) who was so obvious about his assumptions about me and asked it I could come in a talk with her about the car I had seen and driven. Although she never explained why she couldn't or didn't close the sale with me, she introduced me to Bill who was absolutely great. He was very patient, took time to make sure that all of mt questions were answered and never pressured me or hurried me along. Actually, he didn't come across as a typical salesperson who just wants to close a deal. When I called on the day I was to pick up the car I purchased and told Bill I didn't have anyone who who come there with me to drive my old car back home, he offered to come pick me up. As someone who has worked in the financial services industry for over 37 years, I call that extraordinary customer service! Bill could have easily just told not to worry, the car will be ready whenever I was able to get there. I would definitely recommend Bill to friends and family. This is my 4th Lexus purchase and I rave to friends and family about your service department - I have never had a bad experience. It is great to have good sales people but it is even greater to have a good service team to work with after the sales have been closed. I continue to be a very satisfied customer with this dealership! More

I bought a Lexus about 6 months ago and bought the extended tire and wheel protection package. When one of my tire popped, I went to another Lexus dealership in New Hampshire and tried to used my whee extended tire and wheel protection package. When one of my tire popped, I went to another Lexus dealership in New Hampshire and tried to used my wheel and tire protection package there but they didn't accept it. When I bought my Car, Bill Kessler was my sales person and he gave me his number and told me to call/text him whenever when I had a problem. So I called him and explain to him my situation how I was at another dealership and they didn't take extended protection plan. He told me that it should work and also got someone from the finance office to go over the plan with me too. Then he told me if they dont accept the plan there, just come down to the Herb Chambers in Sharon to get it taken care of. So I drove an hour down to the Herb Chambers, and the service agent knew about my situation since Bill told him about it. They took really good care of me and also filled my gas for me too. I would recommend the Lexus service but also Bill Kessler to anyone that wants to buy a car. He is genuine and cares for his buyers even if i bought the car 6 months ago. Thats what I call 5 star service and care!! More

I just recently leased my 3rd Lexus from Herb Chambers Lexus. I have leased all of my cars with the assistance of Bill Kessler. He is extremely knowledgable, professional and personable. If you are in the market for a new Lexus, or are perhaps comparing them to competitive brands, you have to go see Bill at Herb Chambers. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him directly. Back in 2008 I had originally visited another Lexus dealer that quoted me a lease price about $200/month greater than I received from Bill at Herb Chambers. As I mentioned I have been extremely happy with the service I have recieved from them since, which has prompted me to lease 2 cars since from them. On my subsequent leases Melissa Barboza was great with emailing me when sales events were happening when my leases were nearing the end. She always went out of her way to let me know current lease offers, inventory etc. Although it may be somewhat out of the way from where you live, rest assured they will come pick up your vehicle and leave you a courtesy vehicle at your office or home should you need service at any point. With Bill, there will be none of the "let me go talk to my manager" and going around and around, you will get a great price right off the bat and there will be little need to haggle price much. Herb Chambers company slogan is "we don't sell cars, we help people buy them" and no one exemplifies this more than Bill. If you are looking for a great Lexus at a great price, you have to go see Bill Kessler! More

Bill Kessler is someone I would recommend if anyone is looking to purchase a Lexus at the Sharon dealership. He is a genuine guy and is very knowledgable about his job.
