Needing more room for grandkids to ride with us. We had a 2018 Ecosport that didn't give us enough room for our three grandkids, so we took it to Jack Kain and traded for a larger SUV (2018 Explorer) We had a 2018 Ecosport that didn't give us enough room for our three grandkids, so we took it to Jack Kain and traded for a larger SUV (2018 Explorer). Now our grandkids can have some elbow room, along with room for luggage. A huge thank you to Louann Campbell for having the two SUV's sitting alongside each other for comparison. Also to Bill Kain for welcoming us and making the trade-in go smoothly. This is our third vehicle purchased from Kain and we will return to deal as along as the dealership is open. More

I did extensive research on each make and model and we toured dealerships all day on Sunday to get an up-close look at various vehicles. The hands-down winner was the F 150. By Monday evening our brand new, polished beauty was sitting in our garage. Bradd Gray and Bill Kain were consummate professionals who answered every question, met every need--except when they were exceeding them--and treated us both like family. We were looking for a 2017 Lightening Blue Mustang and found We met with Bill Kain and Bradd Gray on Friday (2-24-17) to get an appraisal on our 2014 F-150 Super Crew and discussed the possible buying of a 2017 We met with Bill Kain and Bradd Gray on Friday (2-24-17) to get an appraisal on our 2014 F-150 Super Crew and discussed the possible buying of a 2017 Lightening Blue Mustang from another dealer. They went over the appraisal and ask if we were interested. We ask if we could go home and discuss it farther and would call on Saturday morning. Well, to make this a short story. We traded and bought the Mustang, Lou Ann helped us with the "going over the buttons" and we really appreciated this time spent with us. Bill even had a driver go to London, KY. to pick up the Mustang and had it ready for us that evening. Kain has the best customer service in the trade/buying process. This is our second vehicle in the past 2 years and we will be back for more and will refer our family and friends to this dealership. More
