I was raised and live in the Midland, Michigan area. I served Tri-Cities customers at Dirk Waltz in downtown Midland until that delaership closed and the new Dow Diamond was built close by. Garber Autogroup was the best choice for a move and I have been with Garber Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram ever since.

Dealer great. The young lady checking us in was great. The 2 guys at the write up counters make it so I don't want to come there for service. On 3 occasions I The young lady checking us in was great. The 2 guys at the write up counters make it so I don't want to come there for service. On 3 occasions I came into that office and, NOT ONCE, did they acknowledge I was in the building. No hello, how are you, nothing. They wouldn't even look up see I was there. By the way, it wasn't because they were busy and even if they were, they say hello. They made me VERY uncomfortable to be there. More

It took over an hour for the fiance guy to get the paperwork done, they knew we were coming at 1, so the paperwork should have been ready for us to sign when we got there. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional only dislike was I was low balled on my trade in. Sad when you look at the website and it's is selling almost 7000 dollars more then you were given.
