I didn't expect to walk out with a new car after only one visit, but I was comfortable enough with the price and the product that one visit was all that was needed. Rob Carroll was informative and helpful, resulting in my finding just the car I wanted. Beverly Nahlik took care of my purchase and finance documents expertly using state of the art software that make the often painful process of paperwork a breeze. Megan Martin was the tech that patiently walked me through all the new technological features of the car. I would highly recommend the Mungenast team to any car shopper of buyer. More

Great car buying experience We knew exactly what we wanted going into the dealership, so we probably weren't super difficult customers, but we weren't pushed or pressured into an We knew exactly what we wanted going into the dealership, so we probably weren't super difficult customers, but we weren't pushed or pressured into anything we didn't want to get including extended warranties or upgrades, etc. We were presented with the options and then given the chance to decide. We were from out of state so the paperwork took a little longer than was probably normal, but the fact that they did such a diligent job making sure we would everything we would need for our out-of-state purchase made the slight wait a non-issue. More

Gina Bommarito was a pleasure to work with, and actually made it possible for us to order the new Odyssey since my wife and I were having a very difficult time agreeing on exactly which model and color we wanted. Gina was VERY patient, and we ended up making our decision and taking delivery of a beautiful 2018 Odyssey Elite. Beverley Nahlik in the Finance Dept was also very easy to work with. I've had unpleasant experiences with finance people in the past at other dealerships, but Beverley was very helpful and friendly, and she too was very patient. You really can't go wrong buying your next vehicle from Mungenast St. Louis Honda. More

Professional, friendly and efficient staff! I just bought my 2nd vehicle at this dealership! Ten years ago I bought a Honda Civic. Although my Civic is still running perfectly, I decided it was I just bought my 2nd vehicle at this dealership! Ten years ago I bought a Honda Civic. Although my Civic is still running perfectly, I decided it was time for a new car and gave the car to my son to drive because it is so dependable. I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted, but wanted to test drive a couple of vehicles to be sure of my choice. Rob came out and helped me right away. While I test drove a car, he ran the numbers to make the process as quick and easy as possible. I decided on a Honda Fit. However, just to be sure, I went to the Toyota dealership to check out the Yaris. There was no comparison...the quality of the Honda outshone the Yaris. When I got back to the Honda dealership, Rob had the numbers ready and asked if I was ready to make it happen. I signed all the papers and then went to Beverly to get the financing. She was friendly and efficient. She even had my Illinois plates so I didn't have to go to the IL DMV...what a time saver! When I was ready to take the car home, Rob sat in the vehicle with me to go over all the controls and any questions I had. Top notch service all the way! More
