I came into Pacifico ford very skeptical at first but left a huge fan. My sales person Tyrell Nolan treated me as if I was a old friend or family member. Rocky greeted me with enthusiasm and general interest in finding me the right car for me. He listened to my list of wants and needs and showed me the vehicle me that fit that criteria and it happened to be finding me the right car for me. Rocky and Bernard made the entire process smooth, quick and took the time to explain everything that was necessary regarding " my" brand new car. While doing so Rocky noticed a problem with the sunroof and instead of giving an excuse he brought it to the service departments attention and it was fixed before I was finished signing my paper work with Bernard. When we first arrived at the dealer at 9am opening, it was really quiet so we went outside to look around. A service rep came out and told us that the salesmen had just gotten out of a meeting and would b was really quiet so we went outside to look around. After we told him that we had emailed an inquiry, he checked to see if we had already been assigned someone, but we weren't so he was our sales rep. While we were talking, Joe Romano also introduced himself as a manager and spoke with us about our options. Tyrell did a great job taking us to see the cars we had come to see, and helped us find a deal that would work for us. He was personable, friendly and pleasant to work with. We ended by signing contracts with Bernard Jones who was also very pleasant. Then Tyrell showed us how Sync worked in the car and answered other questions about our new car. We were very pleased with Pacifico and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks! More

Gabi was wonderful. He actually made buying a car fun! And as late as it was when we were leaving the dealership he took the time to go over everything in the car with us.
