I walked in and asked for Bill Furman he was busy so immediately sent over Carlo Spaccarotelli to assist me.. I explained to Carlo what I was looking for either New or Pre-owned. I then told him I had $400o.oo to work with and would like to keep any monthly payments around $200.00. Within a half hour Carlo brought me to a 2009 Ford Taurus. This car fit every need I sought. I decided to purchase the vehicle and at that point I went to each station in the process. Along with Carlo and Bill I felt safe with the ongoing transaction, I then Met Bernard Jones. Mr Jones was excellent in how he presented and explained all paperwork and the extended warranty. I am more than happy with the Service provided me by all at Pacifico Ford in So. Philadelphia. One of the easiest decisions I have made in a long time. I am the proud owner of a new Ford Edge and have to thank Mike Henkin and Neal Bauer for the GREAT care and effort in the process. While there are a lot of things quicker than buying a new vehicle, you can't rush the process when you buy and take delivery all in the same day. Mike and Neil worked to find me the color and option package I requested, and they found a couple. I determined it would be advantageous to me to look on the lot and they found me one better than I had expected. It was a hopping day at Pacifico that Saturday but Mike managed to get an appraisal on my vehicle, set up the transfer of insurance, and started the paperwork. Neal and Bernard helped complete the process and King Jay even threw in a couple valet parking coupons for travel parking. Sweet! I love the Edge and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike Henkin to sell you a vehicle! Thanks, Pacifico, for a very pleasant experience! More
