Called cars direct.com and got hooked up with Pacifico Ford on Essington Ave in philly. We called them at 5:00 pm came to look at the car we saw online at 7:00pm and drove the car home at 8:30pm. And to top it all off every person we met at the dealership was kind, helpful, respectful, and down to earth. Our salesman Carl Savoy was an absolute pleasure to talk to and work with. felt no pressure, great place to do business went on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing, Chris took the time with me like it was 9AM. Not once did he or anyone in the dealership look like they went on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing, Chris took the time with me like it was 9AM. Not once did he or anyone in the dealership look like they thought that jeeez, really we are closing shortly, instead they were lets go take a test drive, which I did then I realized the time, I said that I would come back on Monday because I felt that they were there all day and wanted to go home. Chris and Neil didn't even flinch, they said that they would stay but it was my decision. We left, and when I did get home I realized that I left my wallet in either the vehicle that I test drove or on Chris' desk. I received a phone call on Monday 9AM that my wallet was there waiting for me, the cleaning crew found it, Honesty is a quality that cant be measured, came back Monday afternoon and purchased our vehicle I will recommend Chris Watson and Pacifico Ford to any one that is interested in purchasing a vehicle, cant go wrong here !! More
