Because we have purchased many trucks /cars in the pass , it was quite noticeable that our service representative Michael Henkin used his expertise to expedite the information required to help us make a sound and comfortable decision for our 2017 Ford Truck. In our many years of making purchases , he was one of the best. His customer service skills were above and beyond the norm. The Ford Team works very well together at this office . The office employees also treated us very well. We had coffee and holiday snacks , the festivities were great. The Manager (Neal Bauer) came out to meet us and welcomed us on board. He spoke with us in-depth about our purchase . Although we know that Ford products are above and beyond other brand name trucks, service , the treatment received , understanding of customer needs, product knowledge and people skills are always a plus. With that said I would like to acknowledge our representative again "Michael Henkin" Finance personnel Bernard Jones and the Manager "Neal Bauer and his team for providing all of this and more to us during our visit . In conclusion , please note that after searching for3/ 4 days, moving from dealership to dealership , once we reached Pacific Ford we achieved everything that we came for , Our experience was epic. Great customer service. My husband did all the leg work looking for a vehicle for me but when it came to the day of getting it, Rocky was willing to come in early for us to a My husband did all the leg work looking for a vehicle for me but when it came to the day of getting it, Rocky was willing to come in early for us to accommodate our work schedules, offer us a great deal on the vehicle and since there was only one key, he worked with his contacts to get a new key for us and they are traveling down to our house (about 1.5 hours away) to re-key the vehicle for us. Bernard Jones was extremely friendly and patient with us as we discussed a warranty and # payment plans to best fit our finances. We were impressed by everyone there. Nice place to get a car!! More

Awesome Well my return trip back to Pacifico Ford didn't disappoint once again. I went to the dealership looking for an SUV. My salesman Chris Watson was awesome for the beginning very down to earth from the initial handshake greeting to me walking out the door very happy with my purchase of a 2014 Kia Sorrento. I never felt pressure to but a car, I test drive around six to seven cars possibly more ,He told me tat he wasn't driving the car and that I needed to happy with the car not him . He was able to get me a fair trade in for my car and worked with Larry Ferril to get me a great deal. I told him that i wanted to be comfortable at a certain payment and they and worked to get lower that want I wanted to be at.I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a good and honest deal, and Larry to finish it .I will return sooner again .Also cant forget Bernard who worked magic with numbers with the sales team of Chris and Larry t get me a great deal Thanks for the great experience.
