From the moment of researching cars online, to online inquiry to onsite visit, this has been one of the easiest large purchase Ive made. I had a little anxiety coming in, but Charles did not try to pressure or sale me anything unrealistic. I knew what I wanted & he made sure it was what I got. The process was quick, the entire staff was superfriendly, the atmosphere was clean. Oh, & the WHEEL, loved it (I won a TV) & that change made the experience much more pleasurable. The rates were great & the prices were good. I think the most enjoyable experience was me not feeling like Im being pressured into a purchase, Its almost as if Charles was in tune to my feelings at the time, he asked the right questions, he said/explained & mentioned things without asking. I would defiinitely recommend Pacifico to all those looking to purchase. More

Out with the old in with the new!! I was debating getting a new vehicle for the last 2 months. I definitely knew I wanted another Ford Explorer/ pre-owned. I told Mr. Holmes exactly wha I was debating getting a new vehicle for the last 2 months. I definitely knew I wanted another Ford Explorer/ pre-owned. I told Mr. Holmes exactly what I was looking for from the color, down to the interior and tires. Mr. Holmes told me "Not a problem". Mr. Holmes called me a week later and said " Ms. Lewis your car is here waiting for you". I kind of brushed it off. I thought to myself there's no way he found me exactly what I want. Fast forward to now I come in to get an oil change and see Mr. Holmes. I said "Okay, show me this car". The car was exactly what I wanted!! He really listened to me and paid attention to detail. The irony is after all of that; I decided on new 2018. Don't get me wrong The pre-owned had exactly what I wanted but the 2018 was perfect. The only reason I didn't consider new at first was because I thought the price would be out my range, but it actually wasn't. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! I can't say THANK YOU enough to Mr. Gary Holmes over at Pacifico Ford. Thanks also to Mr. Bernard Jones from finance for his patience answering all of my questions. More
