Worst experience to try and buy a vehicle ever. I originally inquired on a pickup on Friday at 0930am. Was informed that it was available for sale and would i like a video or some pics. I said that w originally inquired on a pickup on Friday at 0930am. Was informed that it was available for sale and would i like a video or some pics. I said that would be great. A few hours later I emailed them and asked if they had got busy or forgot. got a different sales person. Second sales person says it is available and that they will get me some pics asap. Saturday morning arrives still no pics, email them again now I am informed it is at a secondary lot and they will have to send someone over to get the information. I say okay no problem. Sunday receive an email from the internet sales manager and let them know I am not happy thus far with the service I have received. Monday morning start all over again same run around. Monday afternoon get pics of a totally different unit than what i am looking for not even the same color and couldn't even brush the snow off for the pics. I than asked when they will have the unit on the lot so that I could have a look at it. response " I would need to get it here and can you call. If I could have gave zero stars I would have total waste of time. More
