Worked with Ben Wysocki who helped me with an air conditioning problem on my Honda Ridgeline truck. It was nothing short of a great experience. Ben walked me through what was needed and how much it c conditioning problem on my Honda Ridgeline truck. It was nothing short of a great experience. Ben walked me through what was needed and how much it could cost. Then he managed to get what would have been a $1200.00 bill down to a $25.00 copay for the fix. He talked to the "Honda" people and explained I was a loyal customer (I am) and they agreed that even though my truck was past the warranty, to fix the problem at essentially no cost. This was a very pleasant surprise and it was all due to Ben taking care of it. If it hadn't been for him, I would have had to get it repaired some where else for close to a thousand dollars! I can't say enough about him and the whole service department. More

The service staff is very goodand have been very accomodating, but I am tired of bringing my car back for the same issues. I have had it in 4 or 5 times for the same thing. The car is not 3 years accomodating, but I am tired of bringing my car back for the same issues. I have had it in 4 or 5 times for the same thing. There are a couple of concerns that I have about Brookdale service. I'm very disappointed in the last couple of years of service. I felt I was lied to about a (or 2) services that were performed Brookdale service. I'm very disappointed in the last couple of years of service. I felt I was lied to about a (or 2) services that were performed. From a particular manager who I rated below missed a service that I asked him to look up. I always try to go with recommendations that Honda provides. I rarely take my vehicle to anyone else unless its some minor repairs. I was charged for a "computer upgrade" that another Honda told me didn't exist with the code that my vehicle was reading. Also, I was told to replace a part that was already replaced by a different repair shop. I contacted that repair shop and even they called Brookdale Honda a liar. I felt that Honda was attempting to just charge me for labor that wasn't needed. My 2nd to last visit I inquired about servcies that needed to be done and I wanted to get one done that day. The servicer manager told me there wasn't one. I thought there was something that needed to be done about a hose. He said I was good. I was also advised by Honda Brookdale that I had a small engine leak. When I mentioned it to them they stated that they never told me that. Tbh, there are too many inconsistencies with Honda. I stopped going to Hopkins Honda due to a particular situation and now I'm having a hard time with Brookdale. I have my reasons why I don't want to go to Richfield. More

This is a friendly service department who I trust with the service and repair work on our 2009 Honda Ridgeline. This was my fifth time trying to find or repair a problem with my tire (three times at this the service and repair work on our 2009 Honda Ridgeline. This was my fifth time trying to find or repair a problem with my tire (three times at this service department and two times elsewhere). It would lose 10 lbs. of pressure in two weeks. I finally decided the reason for the leaking tire was a bad rim, so I purchased a 2013 rim at a salvaged dealer. The service department changed tire to the salvaged rim and reprogramed tpms for my vehicle. I have had no problems since! Thank You, for your help repairing this problem!!! More

For sales, Dan Johnson is the best! I highly recommend him for your next vehicle. For service, I'm a little concerned. I've been here multiple times, and I usually don't have a problem. The past few times have been dreadful, and all I got was the run around. Fortunately, I asked to speak with a manager, and everything went a lot smoother. So thank you to Ben, the manager, in the service department. I do think the service consultants could be a little friendly, and a little more organized and have better timing. More
