The staff was pleasant, fairly, easy to work with. & knowledgeable about the product. Only one small instance wherein you were making assumptions that i was forced to correct. Price was high relative to value, if price was fair it would be readily avail. Instead of veiled & secretive. value of trade was too low. I felt i was taken advantage of because of my gender. Overall you did not Sell me a car. I bought a car from you because of my limited choices. A lot of my time was wasted as you did not value my time. 3 hours was wasted for your finance dept to complete my paperwork & accept my check. Given the small number of customers & limited vehicles for sale. This was unacceptable . More

This VW dealer is best in class. They were so easy to work with. Coming in from NW Indiana, my wife and I purchased a new 2022 Atlas AND a 2018 Passat. Barrett Knox was pleasant, confident, and not pushy. It was an enjoyable experience buying from him. It became evident after service was performed though, that margin is more important to the dealershi It was an enjoyable experience buying from him. It became evident after service was performed though, that margin is more important to the dealership than ultimate customer experience. The service department stated that new tires were needed to fix a road noise, but the management wrote "customer declined" on the paperwork. I didn't decline anything. I would have been more than willing to work out a deal, or even pay full price for new tires, but I was not given the opportunity. A faulty purge valve was replaced at no cost, and they did give me a loaner vehicle to use while service was being performed. I just feel like they stopped short of taking care of the road noise issue because of potential lost margin after the purge valve repair, and then management hoped I would go away. I believe the service department should have addressed the concerns with me instead of making Barrett run back and forth to answer my 100 questions. Let the young man sell, and service provide service! I like the vehicle, I feel like I got an ok deal, just not 100% with the operation. More
