Great Customer Care! Auggie, Steven, and Rachel were great! I am not an easy customer to please or deal with and they not only offered me great customer service but cared Auggie, Steven, and Rachel were great! I am not an easy customer to please or deal with and they not only offered me great customer service but cared about my car frustrations. Somehow in today's business world courteous customer service has diminished. Brandon Honda's service team are the exception. They have managed to keep this intact and are a great example for other companies to follow. Keep up the great work and partnerships with Enterprise (amazing staff as well). p.s. Whoever hears again from the person who sales you a car? I never had until Eddie. He called me six months after my purchase to check how everything was going. This for me speaks highly of Honda and their employees. Thanks for the follow up call. More

The estimate and the final charges were right on the money. The greeter and the service tech were friendly. The tech made sure he understood what items were of concern to me and assured me that if anything needed to addressed during the servicing of the vehicle that he would call me personally to update and explain, which he did. This was not my first time bring the vehicle in and the level of care, concern and respect has been consistent. Can't ask for anything beyond what Brandon Honda given. Thanks More

Since the day I bought my new Honda, which let me add was the easiest laid back experience ever in my car buying history, I have always had a positive Since the day I bought my new Honda, which let me add was the easiest laid back experience ever in my car buying history, I have always had a positive experience in the service area. My go to service adviser is Augustine Cardona, and if I know he won't be working the day I bring my car in, I'll schedule my maintenance service on a day he will be there. All the advisers are super nice and knowledgeable, but we all have our favorite, and Augustine is mine. He is 20 steps ahead of the game, and can jungle a million things at one time, even while answering the million questions I'm firing at him:) He has definitely helped me understand the what and why of my car, and does it in terms I can understand! My daughter just recently purchased a new a vehicle from here, and yep.... Augustine's business card was the first thing I put in her car! Thank you for the great service Brandon Honda!! Patty More
