We bought a new 2023 Palisade in November and they still owe us $1000 from the transaction which has gone unpaid. I went up to the dealership about a month ago to collect the check. They didn’t have it. More

Mr. Gaumer, I just tried calling you regarding this matter and could not leave you a voicemail. I did send a text message and email so we can resolve this matter for you. Unfortunately, the only two people allowed to sign off on checks are General Manager and Controller for the store. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience. You were in touch with me within an hour of me posting this. If you were serious about getting in touch with me you would have. I’ve already talked to you via text and told you that I’d like the check driven to my house so it doesn’t “get lost in the mail” again. Shockingly, you stopped communicating with me after I said that’s how you could make it right. That was three days ago. Still no check. Still no other communication.
