Timely, hospitable and efficient I arrived on time for my appointment and job was completed in a very reasonable and timely manner. This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership. I have always had good customer service and good experiences here. My sales consultant, Paul Caesar, took the customer service experience to the next level! I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle until next summer. My husband had my 2004 Avalon in for service and was "shopping" while waiting on the car. Paul explained all the features and the differences in the models of the Avalon. My husband told him that he was just window shopping and that we would purchase next year. With no pressure, Paul offered to show my husband a demo model that was being offered at an incredible deal. My husband called me to drive to Cleveland (live in Hixson) to see car. As I was unable to do so at the time, Paul brought the car to me in Hixson to test drive! He explained all the features and I was in love! We returned to Cleveland for a seamlessly smooth transaction. Everyone involved at the dealership was extremely helpful and nice. Joey Abdullah, who dealt with the trade in, and Paul Covington who helped us with financing were both personal and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant. Paul's professionalism and knowledge of the car was exceptional . His customer service is outstanding as he is willing to go above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this sales consultant and dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

I munched popcorn and drank my water as I caught up on email. About 45 minutes later, the car was ready, with a complimentary wash included, and I was on my way. More

The young woman who greeted me at I pulled in the service bay pulled up my car's history and sent me to lobby where she mentioned snack and a complimentary chair massage would be provided. I set aside 2 hours for the lengthy services needed. I was updated in less than an hour by Anthony Durbin to allow me some choices for other items that needed attention. My husband and I have purchased many new vehicles from this dealership, and one of the reasons we keep going back is their service department. In my book, they are top notch. More
