I checked out other dealers in the Arizona area that sold similar classes of cars as the Cadillac Escalade. KACHINA Cadillac had a large selection of the Escalade models that I was looking for. KACHINA Cadillac had the best price, and were willing to deal with the damaged Navagator reducing the stress of the accident. They changed the second row seating from bucket to bench type from another car. On a trip to Californa I had road hazard damage to a tire, I called KACHINA Cadillac and they told me to bring the car in. After inspection of the tire they covered it under their warranty. KACHINA Cadillac made me feel that I was an important customer to them, giving me good and prompt service. I plan to purchase my future Cadillacs from KACHINA Cadillac. Anyone that's contemplating purchasing a vehicle from Kachina Cadillac, this may give you reassurance that you're making the right decision. rating. I'm not one for superlatives, but I feel compelled to comment on my new car buying experience. My recent experience at Kachina Cadillac was far more pleasurable, satisfying and professional than any other dealership I've dealt with in the past. In verbalizing today's business quotes/sayings "my expectations were exceeded"! Prior to visiting Kachina Cadillac, I researched the dealership with the Better Business Bureau as well as other available information via the internet. The dealership passed my test. I was somewhat in the market for a new vehicle and was interested in 2011/2012 Cadillac CTS. I had an idea of the color and price range, therefore, I made the long commute from northwest Glendale to southern Scottsdale to view their inventory. I was greeted after a few minutes upon my arrival by Steve Shannon. I had time to get out of my vehicle, take a brief look around and didn't feel like prey. My initial contact was more of a welcome to my dealership than the sales pressure one usually anticipates and receives. Steve escorted me over to the new vehicle lot where the models of my interest were parked. During my cursory observation of the cars, Steve fully explain the differences between the models and their available equipment packages. He was well informed and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, not to mention attentive and personable. I had a trade in vehicle that would have to be negotiated in order to solidify any new purchase agreement. Steve and Sales Director Andy Ochoa offered me a fair and reasonable price on my trade. Additionally, the current incentives available on the vehicle of interest were explained. I'm not a compulsive buyer, so when making any large purchase, I prefer to discuss the matter with my wife and sleep on it. After leaving the dealership, I had several questions regarding the transaction and the possibility of a new car purchase. I addressed these in the form of numerous e-mail correspondences. My questions were answered in a timely manner, usually within an hour. Steve's ability to address my questions and concerns made me feel confident in our purchase agreement. Subsequently, I made the decision to finalize my trade and purchase a new CTS. Prior to taking delivery of my new CTS I emphasized the need for the car to be meticulously detailed, as if I did it myself. I was not disappointed. My new CTS was located near the service department inside a well lit area allowing me to take the time to fully inspect the vehicle. Equipped with my fine tooth comb, I thoroughly went over the exterior and interior of the car and could not find anything that had been overlooked. The car was immaculate. Steve introduced me to the body shop manager, Tom Schauer who reassured me that if I did detect a flaw on/in the vehicle, that he and his staff would gladly remedy the problem. Next came the painstakingly, exhaustive paperwork associated with a new car purchase. Again, I was pleasantly surprise. Everything was fully explained by Steve and Andy. The entire process was quickly expedited. Prior to concluding this transaction, Steve thoroughly explained all of the functions of my new vehicle. My experience with Kachina Cadillac assured me I made the right decision in purchasing a new vehicle from them. I am now a confident and proud owner of a CTS. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this car buying experience. I hope this novel will help anyone in their decision when considering purchasing and doing business with Kachina Cadillac. Cadillac is a classy vehicle and the personnel at Kachina Cadillac simply reflect the class, pride and professionalism associated with this namesake. More

This is the way the purchase of ANY vehicle should be handled; what an amazing dealership, support staff, and organization! Kachina Cadillac, and especially sales representatives Roberto Saenz and Andy handled; what an amazing dealership, support staff, and organization! Kachina Cadillac, and especially sales representatives Roberto Saenz and Andy Ocha, together, represent the pinnacle of customer satisfaction and the idea of a "full-circle" purchase experience. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly recommend you pay them a visit and enjoy the experience as I have recently been treated to, with the purchase of my new 2012 Cadillac CTS-V. The moment I walked into Kachina's showroom floor, I was greeted by the staff, and shortly after, sales representative Roberto Saenz was available to discuss my aforementioned purchase. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle I would later purchase. An aeronautical engineer myself, you can imagine the plethora of questions I had for him and his product, the CTS-V. Roberto promptly answered my questions in confidence, and I departed from the first portion of my "full-circle" experience, on to the purchase aspect, all the while having my salesmen sharing my excitement over potentially making the purchase. The next stage of financing the vehicle was extraordinary. My eventual purchase involved two trade-in vehicles, of which I was given top dollar for as trade in value, a small down payment as personally desired to off set the financed amount, and Roberto spending two days exhausting all available lenders, all in effort to get me the best possible interest rate available. This was the most impressive portion of my experience, as it became apparent to me that they didn't just want to sell me a vehicle, Roberto remembered what my budget was for the vehicle per month, and relentlessly sought financing options that met my financial requirement. Most any sales rep can "just find a lender" from prior experience, however it was in Roberto's, and also Andy's interest, to have my best interests at heart too, and therefore met my budget, with the very best interest rate I could obtain. Needless to say I received an awesome deal on a beautiful, powerful, and luxurious car that the Cadillac brand has lived up to for many decades and I truly believe it takes staff such as Roberto and Andy, to maintain Cadillac as the premier American luxury automobile. Lastly, How often have you been introduced to your potential service representative upon conclusion of your purchase? Personally....never! This further proved to me that, even post sale of the vehicle, they stand behind their products at this dealership and will support you not just in the sale of the vehicle, but also the service of your vehicle as well. This is what the car buying process should be, all encompassing.....Full-Circle. More

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Chuck responded to an on-line inquiry with courtesy and consideration which brought me to the show room. He understood that I was shopping around and talking to other Cadillac dealerships... had plenty of oppty to tear down the competition, but instead he focused on the strong qualities of Kachina... a true professional and a class act. Thanks Chuck! Chuck showed grace and patience when I told him I had "to walk"... until I had a chance to comparison price as part of the negotiating process. The team of Roberto and Andy along with Chuck assured me it was a deal that could not be beat, but let me "walk" without feeling pressure or guilt (quite unusual for car dealers, and in today's economy). After I had a chance to do more research I found that indeed they had provided the best deal, and even their competition stated that they could not beat their offer. The next day I went back to the dealership. Chuck was off that day, but Roberto stepped in right where we left off. Andy the finance manager prepared the documents in advance (I called informing them that I was coming back)and had the pricing exactly as we had discussed in our first meeting and follow up calls. The closing process was simple, quick, and painless... Thanks Andy! The vehicle indoctrination was AMAZING... Roberto truly knows his product, ensured that I understood the features (this was so in depth it took almost 90 minutes). Within an hour after driving my new SRX off the lot, Roberto calls me on the blue tooth enabled device and asks me if everything is okay... remarkable. Later that evening I was knee deep in the manual and Roberto texts me and reminds me to enable my On-Star... this was at 8:30 in the evening... again, remarkable. Thank you Roberto! ... as far as the vehicle, and the brand... this is the most excited I've ever been over any of my vehicles. I've owned foreign imports over the past 20 years. I've been looking for a reason to "buy American", but up to this point I haven't found a vehicle that could stand up to the other foreign brands... then I saw the lines of the SRX, researched their performance ratings, then test drove one and, UREAKA! The SRX was what I was looking for... incredible ride, great looks, awesome technical features, and I'm sure the service will be outstanding... the team who worked with me to find the right vehicle set a high bar for the rest of the Kachina organization, and I'm certain their service group must be as good as their customer sales/service team has been. If there was a rating higher than 5, Chuck, Roberto, and Andy would all have earned the highest rating possible. I had such a great experience working with Steve Shannon. He gave me a CTS coupe for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. I got a very fair initial offer from Andy Ochoa and Steve and bought He gave me a CTS coupe for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. I got a very fair initial offer from Andy Ochoa and Steve and bought the car shortly after. There were a couple of things I wanted fine-tuned after I bought the car. Although there was a bit of miscommunication in the service department that led to some delays, Steve took control of the situation as soon as he found out about it and resolved all the issues. I'm very happy with the customer service I experienced and won't hesitate to recommend Kachina and Steve in the future. More

My experience for the most part with Kachina Cadillac was good; however there were some miscommunications that occurred and a frustrations in the car finding process, which was described to me as a quicker t good; however there were some miscommunications that occurred and a frustrations in the car finding process, which was described to me as a quicker turnaround time then it worked out to be. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience as I have had some horrible car purchasing experiences in the past. My ratings are all fives on this as I did not want any scores other than a 5 to impact those who were willing to help through this process. More

Roberto has been a personalable and knowledgable sales leader with many of the purchases we have had over the last few months.
