Great experience buying my first Audi. I finally found a manual transmission Audi online at Audi Burlington, I was a little nervous going in for a test drive as I usually have my husband wi I finally found a manual transmission Audi online at Audi Burlington, I was a little nervous going in for a test drive as I usually have my husband with me (he's a car guy). I quickly learned there was no need to be anxious, I worked with Ali and he was fantastic. He pointed out some key features in the car that I had been asking about and took me on a quick test drive to see if I liked how the car went. I did, but wanted to bring my husband back just to check it out before I fully committed. Ali let me know I could put a hold deposit on the car (which I did) and did not push me to make a decision right then and there which has been my experience at other places. When my husband came with me the next night Ali was just as nice and attentive, chatting with us during the drive about more features and different options I would have for financing and "care" packages. He got me a GREAT rate so I financed right through Audi and he even delivered the car to Maine after I got out of work. He went over everything again upon delivery and answered all my questions, encouraging me to drop by the dealership anytime if I had any others. I was happily surprised at how easy he made the whole buying experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Audi. More

My husband and I were lucky to be assisted by Ali Mohajer, one of the best dealership associates that we had the pleasure to meet. I say that because Ali was polite, professional, knowledgeable and he made us feel comfortable and at ease during our search. Thanks to Ali’s skills and willingness to help we were able to make a decision sooner than we expected. He accommodated our schedule and found the best match to suit our budget and preferences. We can’t wait to drive around in our new Audi. I felt compelled to write my feedback because I tremendously value client service. For me it is a deal breaker; the key factor which defines a good – or a bad – experience.
