great experience My salesman, John Hart, was very nice and very helpful when I came into the dealership to look at and test drive the 2011 Honda Pilot that I purchased My salesman, John Hart, was very nice and very helpful when I came into the dealership to look at and test drive the 2011 Honda Pilot that I purchased the same day. They also were very helpful in setting up the handsfree phone in the vehicle (that I knew nothing about) and going over all of the features. I guess what I was most impressed with is the fact that John was so willing to go over all of these things with me and spend the time to do it and not rush me off after the sale was complete. Thank you Bommarito Honda! Thank you John Hart ….. I love my Pilot!!! More

Scammers I dropped my car to the Bommorito Honda Collision re air bags on both sides (recall) and no one called me for permission to replace the air bags. I pi I dropped my car to the Bommorito Honda Collision re air bags on both sides (recall) and no one called me for permission to replace the air bags. I picked my car up from Honda Collision in Hazelwood after 1 mo of being with their shop and the following day my car did not start. Honda refused to tow my car back to their shop at their expense and also refused to repair my car, advised me the repairs where going to be $700+ dollars, out of my pocket. $800 on parts and over $4000+ they charged the insurance company and don’t forget the funds credited to the Service Center as a result of the air bags that were replaced. If I could give a negative number for this review I would. The Collision shop employee Chris was rude and the Service Shop employee Alec was was rude, he constantly talked over me and laughed during the time I was talking. None wanted to listen to me, only trying to make the repair look co-incidental in order to receive more money. Stay away from Bommarito Honda Collision Center and Bommarito Honda Service Center. The Collision Center is not Honda, I learned after my complaints. I called Honda and asked for Collision repair and I was transferred to Bommarito Collision Center, which is next door. The Collision Center is using the Bommarito name to gain business. This is not a Honda Collision Center. Very Unprofessional. No one walked me to my car when I picked it up etc. More

Terrible. Messed up my car and didn't fix the problem I had my car in for repair and they broke a relay. Fixed the relay but caused more problems and never fixed them. I drove back 3-4 times back to the d I had my car in for repair and they broke a relay. Fixed the relay but caused more problems and never fixed them. I drove back 3-4 times back to the dealer and they had my car in 3-4 times where an employee jokingly said "you should work here you are in here so much." They broke a relay and fixed the relay but it didn't solve the overall problem that occurred after they broke the relay. I still have problems after this and they said if I take it back I will be charged to look at it even though they didn't solve the problems they broke. Everything that is broke now worked fine before I brought my car into them. They blamed it on aftermarket things but all the stuff was installed professionally and has worked fine for YEARS before I brought it into this Honda dealer. I can't even believe they are a Honda dealer for how terrible this visit was. Never go here if you want your car fixed right More

Our sales person, Jeff Dales, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that we were interested in.Reviewed the options available on different models and Our sales person, Jeff Dales, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that we were interested in.Reviewed the options available on different models and explained options available to be installed at dealer level. Jeff sold us a Pilot Touring, and spent time with us after the sale helping us set up Bluetooth and other features available on this model. Met service manager and service writers, very professional. More
