Hate dealing with a car dealership or car salesperson? So do I and so do a vast majority of people - but for me only two things matter when it comes to the process of purchasing a car - respect and transp So do I and so do a vast majority of people - but for me only two things matter when it comes to the process of purchasing a car - respect and transparency. These two things are an absolute, otherwise I will walk out the door and head to another dealership. I didn't have to do that a Zeigler - I got the respect I deserve and the transparency I needed to make a rational decision about whether I could or should purchase my new car. The experience was as simple as that and the price I paid for my new car was more than fair. Purchasing a car in this manner is how it should be... for everyone at every dealer. Thank you, Zeigler Hyundai for making this purchase an easy, professional and pleasant experience. More

Wish I could give zero out of 5 stars. Do not recommend Zeigler Hyundai of Racine for your next vehicle purchase. We bought a used Jetta for the “kid car” and had to take it back the same Do not recommend Zeigler Hyundai of Racine for your next vehicle purchase. We bought a used Jetta for the “kid car” and had to take it back the same week because the check engine light came on. They had it for 10 days to fix, and less than 24 hours after we got it back, the light was back on again with a new problem that we paid to repair in order to pass emissions testing. They told us the car had not been smoked in, but they had actually covered up the smell with leather cleaner and air freshener… that wore off and we were left with a HEAVY smell that stays on our clothes when we drive it. They don’t return phone calls and bounce you to empty voicemail boxes when you call. So disappointed. More

I called and asked to speak about a new Hyundai Palisade. When I asked specific questions I was passed along to a sales manager. How do they expect to earn business if not returning a phone call is any example of their customer service? More
